Wainfleet Council Approves New Fire Station

New fire station will become headquarters for Wainfleet Fire and Emergency Services.

A new fire station is coming to Wainfleet.

This morning, council passed a motion approving construction of the new Central Fire station.

The new facility will be built on Highway 3, just west of Chambers Corners.

It will replace the Winger and Wainfleet Village fire halls and become the primary headquarters for Wainfleet Fire and Emergency Services.

The Township of Wainfleet says construction will begin this spring.
