James Gaspar plans to use the money to retire, after playing a lottery he doesn't usually play
Some good news for a Welland man, who has won the lottery.
James Gaspar has won over $462,000 after playing Lightning Lotto on April 6th.
The OLG says the produce clerk has been playing the lottery for the past 10 years, and when he went to buy his usual tickets, he suddenly decided to play something different, the Lightning Lotto.
He matched all five numbers, and plans to invest for his retirement.
He bought the winning ticket at the Shell on East Main Street in Welland.
