West Lincoln will resume a handful of in-person services at its township office in Smithville today.
This means you will be able to file a building permit application, a bylaw complaint or apply for a lottery licence but you will have to book an appointment in advance.
You'll also have to pass a COVID-19 screening when you arrive and wear a mask once you're in the building.
There will only be three people allowed in the lobby at a time.
You might also noticed glass barriers at the customer service desk, physical distancing markers on the floor and hand sanitation stations on site.
All appointments will be scheduled sometime between 9:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Monday to Friday.
