Police laying careless driving charges after another woman died in car/bike collision in Niagara Falls in September
An update from police in relation to a fatal collision in Niagara Falls in September.
Police were called to a section of MacLeod Road, to find a black car had collided with a bicycle, riden by a 30-year old Niagara Falls man, a 36-year old Niagara Falls woman was riding in a wagon towed by the bike.
The man suffered serious injuries, the woman died.
Yesterday, police charged the 43-year old Thorold woman with 2 counts of careless driving.
She was released with a March court date.
Police add her name is not being given since she's charged with provincial offences, and not Criminal Code.
