Police laying impaired driving charges against Niagara Falls man
A 31-year old Niagara Falls man faces impaired driving charges after a hit and run that killed a woman.
Police got the call just after midnight, early Saturday morning, finding two women from Niagara Falls lying in the street on Drummond Road, near Barker.
A 44-year old died at the scene, while a 31-year old was hospitalized with serious injuries.
Not long after, police say they found a car on Culp Street, that had collided with two other cars, the driver still behind the wheel.
They also found evidence linking the car to the hit and run on Drummond.
Police laid 5 charges against John Franco Bonaldo, who had bail hearing Saturday.
