20 year old worker rushed to out of town trauma centre with possible life threatening injuries
The Ministry of Labour has been called to investigate a workplace accident in Pelham.
Niagara Regional Police confirm the incident happened just before 1:30 this (Thursday) afternoon at a construction site near the intersection of Port Robinson and Rice Roads.
NRP say a 20 year old employee of a construction company was up on a ladder when he suddenly fell to the ground.
It's believed a tool being used by the employee may have come in contact with an electrical wire.
The employee has been rushed to an out-of-town trauma centre with possible life threatening injuries.
