It's World Mental Health Day and the theme this year is suicide prevention.
It's the second leading cause of death for those between the ages of 15 and 29.
Niagara Regional Police also responded to 66 reported cases of suicide back in 2018.
Pathstone Mental Health offers eight Hear and Now Walk-In Clinics across the Niagara Region. They're geared towards youth between the ages of six and 18.
