Police arrested 4 men, 3 women
Seven people from the Niagara region have been arrested in connection to a drug and gun investigation.
It started when police began looking into the illegal possession of a gun by a man in Welland.
That led them to moving in on a house in the Harold Avenue and East Main Street area early this morning, armed with a search warrant, where they arrested 7-people.
Police say they found suspected fentanyl, cocaine and $270 in Canadian money.
Six suspects are from Welland, one woman is from Niagara Falls, ranging in age from 21 to 51.
