NY State Parks Police say vehicle is no longer stuck at brink of American falls
The high winds on Saturday pushed the vehicle over the falls saving crews from having to retrieve the vehicle from the upper rapids.
New York State Parks Police confirming to Buffalo media, the vehicle, which had moved within 30 yards of the brink and flipped over, is gone.
A woman in her 60's was pulled from the vehicle in a dramatic rescue last week involving a Coast Guard Chopper.
The woman did not survive.
Police say the victim intentionally drove the vehicle into the water.
