Changes Fort Erie Transit Routes Start Next Week

Things are about to get easier, for transit riders taking the East route in Fort Erie.

A second bus will be added on Monday. It will go in the opposite direction with staggered timing to shorten rides.

The North route hours will be cut back. It will start operating from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Fort Erie Transit is also changing all of the route names;

- #760 West Bound Route will become $760 - West Yellow Line

- #770 North Bound Route will become #770 - North Red Line

- #750 East Bound Route will become #750 - East Blue Line

- The new East Route will be known as #751 - East Green Line
