39 year old man charged.
Police have made an arrest in connection to a collision that killed a 19 year old woman.
Officers say on August 28th, a black Audi R8 was traveling northbound on Line 6 Road in Niagara-on-the-Lake, when it collided with a Subaru attempting to turn eastbound from Concession 7 Road.
The driver of the Subaru was hospitalized with serious injuries, and his passenger was pronounced dead at the scene.
Facing charges is 39 year old Dimitris Marianos of Niagara Falls.
He's been charged with one count each of Causing Death by Criminal Negligence and Causing Bodily Harm by Criminal Negligence.
