A note to motorists in Port Colborne.
Starting today, Steele Street will be closed between Clarence Street and Carter Street for work on the Steele Street rail crossing.
The road will re-open at 8:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
Detour signs will be posted, and drivers will be directed to use Carter Street and/or Clarence Street to Fielden Avenue.
Residents and emergency vehicles will have access.
