Work will start June 20th and could continue until the end of July.
A heads up to Thorold residents.
The Niagara Region says starting June 20th, road rehabilitation work will take place on Highway 20 (Regional Road 20) in Thorold.
Work will be done along the s-bend east of the Allanburg Bridge from Centre Street to the railroad tracks west of Allanport Road.
Construction will take place on weekdays between 7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m., and could potentially take place until the end of July.
While no road closures are anticipated, officials say there could be longer wait times due to single lane closures.
Drivers are advised to find another route if possible.
