Line painting to begin today.
In preparation for the Winter Festival of Lights, Niagara Parks is making some changes at Dufferin Islands.
Beginning today, the flow of traffic will be reversed until the end of the festival.
To avoid confusion for motorists, line painting and signage is being adjusted.
As well, Burning Springs Hill Road will be closed during the festival.
Festivities will take place November 13th until February 21st.
