Jack Jarvis needs help to win Super Kid contest
A Fort Erie boy living with autism is working hard to be in a Stan Lee comic book, by winning a Super Kid competition.
Jack Jarvis, also known as Commander Cool, loves making online videos and comics, all in an effort to make others, and kids, feel better.
He adds being different is a super power. "My mom and my family always says if the world was the same, if everything was the same, the world would be a boring place. That's what my mom always says and that's the family motto."
So far his dad Reuben says he's come close to beating 85,000 kids nationwide, final results next month.
His dad also told him about the Super Kid contest. "I didn't really want anything to do with it until I found out about the charities. Everyone knows I love charities.... I'm even the only one in this family that made superhero movies."
