The City of Niagara Falls has decided to suspend the Mayor's State of the City address until further notice, due to COVID-19.
Jim Diodati says the city is committed to containing the virus, and it does not seem appropriate to hold an event with large numbers of people at this time.
It was supposed to take place at the Scotiabank Convention Centre on Thursday March 26th.
It will be rescheduled for a later date.
