Lincoln Chamber of Commerce named Champion level certified living wage employer.
The Niagara Poverty Reduction Network has named another local certified 'Living Wage Employer.'
The Lincoln Chamber of Commerce has become a certified living wage employer at the Champion level.
"The choice to become a certified living wage employer is directly in line with our vision & mission as it shows our investment towards a strong local economy," says Chamber of Commerce Executive Director Lindsey Hendricks. "The Living Wage sets a different standard & challenges us to think about the social & economic well-being for everyone."
The organization has two full time staff members, can represents over 200 local businesses.
In Niagara, the 2021 living wage has been set at $18.90 per hour.
