List of Health Facility Outbreaks in Niagara Continues to Grow

A facility wide outbreak has been declared at Hotel Dieu Shaver.

The number of outbreaks continues to grow at health care facilities across the region.

A facility wide outbreak has been declared at Hotel Dieu Shaver Health and Rehabilitation Centre with 28 patients and 11 staff now testing positive.

West Park Health Centre in St. Catharines has also been added to Public Health’s outbreak list.

And Niagara Health announcing it was testing all all staff and patients on the neonatal intensive care unit at the St. Catharines hospital out of an abundance of caution, after a worker tested positive for the virus.
