Three churches in Ontario are going to court over COVID-19 lockdowns.
They will argue before the courts that the churches have a right to have in person services. They claim the limits on the size of religious gatherings is breach of the Charter of Rights and Freedoms.
The churches who have entered into this legal battle include The Church of God in Aylmer, Wellandport United Reformed Church in Welland and Trinity Bible out of Woolwich Township.
They will have their day in court on September 27th in St. Thomas.
