A man has been arrested and charged, after an incident at a Fort Erie restaurant.
The NRP says the 36-year-old entered the restaurant in the Erie Road and Oakwood Ave area early Sunday morning.
He allegedly threatened staff, and it looked like he was carrying a gun.
No one was hurt when he left the scene.
Police were able to arrest him later, and they found a replica handgun.
The man has been charged with possession of a weapon for a dangerous purpose and uttering threats.
He will appear in a St. Catharines courtroom for his bail hearing today.
