Police say the woman was able to get a picture of the suspect
A 22-year old St. Catharines man has been charged after police say he slapped a woman on the backside on the street.
Police were called yesterday, to learn at around 1:30 in the afternoon, the woman was standing at the corner of Geneva Street and Welland Avenue when the unknown man walked past her, then turned around and slapped her on the buttocks.
Police say she got a picture, and they were able to find him and arrest Brady Burke, charging him with sexual assault and not complying with probation.
