If you call 911 in Niagara, you might have to answer some extra questions over the phone.
In a post on Twitter, Niagara EMS says medical dispatchers will assess the risk of COVID-19 exposure.
It says this will protect you, paramedics and the community.
It's also asking members of the public to answer the questions thoroughly to make sure you get the right care, at the right time, in the right place and by the right provider.
