A 56-year-old man had to be airlifted to an out-of-Region hospital after his ebike collided with a minivan in Niagara Falls.
It happened on Kalar Road at around 8:00 p.m. last night, somewhere between Beaverdams Road and Paddock Trail Drive.
Police say the driver of the minivan is also 56-years-old and he was arrested at the scene.
He's currently facing impaired driving charges and his license has been suspended for 90-days.
Police say the ebike driver remains in serious condition, but his injuries are no longer considered to be life threatening.
