Protestors block campaign buses in Cambridge
Another day of chaos on the campaign trail for Liberal Leader Justin Trudeau.
For a second time he ran into profanity spewing protestors.
After a rally in Bolton, Ontario was cancelled over security concerns on Friday, Trudeau returned to the campaign trail yesterday in Cambridge.
In Cambridge, his buses were blocked by another angry crowd of anti maskers.
One protestor yelled racist insults at a Black officer and another screamed sexist insults at a female officer both in Trudeau’s security detail.
Trudeau says he understands the fear and anxiety many are feeling amid a rapidly changing world, a pandemic and a tough year, but he will keep moving Canada forward.
Conservative Leader Erin O'Toole and N-D-P Leader Jagmeet Singh have both condemned the angry crowds and called on people to be respectful.
