NDP leader made that promise in Port Colborne this morning on the election trail
A promise from Ontario's NDP leader to reopen the Port Colborne and Fort Erie Urgent Care centres if elected, and ensure around the clock service at the Welland hospital.
Marit Stiles made the announcement this afternoon at the Port Colborne site, alongside the 4-local NDP candidates.
She kept on the attack when asked about a number of Niagara area mayors endorsing PC leader Doug Ford. "Good luck, Doug Ford, because these are three of the hardest working MPPs you'll find anywhere in Ontario. He knows that we're not just coming to hold him to account, but we're coming for his government."
She blamed previous Conservative and Liberal governments for cutting Niagara health care services.
