Niagara Falls Council Approves 2021 Budget

Councillors praising staff for keeping increase low in midst of pandemic.

Niagara Falls homeowners can expect to pay close to $24 dollars more this year on the city portion of their property tax bill.

Council has approved the city's 2021 budget which includes a 1.7 percent hike.

The yearly property tax increase is based on an average home assessed at $279,854.
