A tough end to the Niagara River Lions season.
The Niagara River Lions placed second in the Canadian Elite Basketball League (CEBL) this season.
The team advanced to the final in the CEBL and lost yesterday's championship game against the Edmonton Stingers by a score of 101 to 65.
The team says they're grateful for the support of their fans.
A special shoutout to YOU, Niagara. We couldn’t have had the success that we did without your support. We’ll be back & better than ever. Thank you for your incredible support through all the ups and downs. You truly are the best. 💙💚#TheHunt | #OurGame pic.twitter.com/ywiW8AXhrR
