Hundreds of Niagara students head to the beach this Friday
This Friday marks the first Friday in June and that means "Beach Day" for hundreds of Niagara students.
Beach Day is not a sanctioned school event but has become a right of passage for Niagara teens.
Niagara Regional Police have already tweeted out that while they know the beach is more fun than a textbook, they still think teens should be in school.
They're reminding students if you still decide to go for some sandy fun, to keep the drinks legal and the vibes positive.
NRP will be attending too to ensure everyone's safety.
