Police say a motorcyle and car collided on the westbound 403, near the on ramp from the Linc just after 2.
The 20-year old man from Oakville driving the bike, the lone occupant, was taken to hospital with critical injuries, but declared dead upon arrival.
Police add the only person in the car was not hurt and remained on scene.
The highway was closed for about 4-hours, and police do not expect any charges to be laid.
