Niagara Falls man facing charges
One person has been arrested in connection to a Welland vehicle theft.
Niagara Regional Police say the investigation kicked off earlier this month.
Yesterday, detectives discovered the vehicle was in Niagara Falls and was actively being sold.
Officers from both the Welland and Niagara Falls Detective Offices located the vehicle and identified the man attempting to sell it.
Thirty year old Gary Pellizzari of Niagara Falls was arrested and charged with Theft of Motor Vehicle and Possession of Stolen Property Under $5,000.
He also faces charges for an unrelated offence.
A bail hearing has been scheduled for later today.
