Police say this was domestic violence
Update 10pm:
A woman is dead and a 56-year old man charged with 1st degree murder in Vineland.
Police responded to a rural home this morning on Victoria Avenue, near First Avenue. They received help from the Emergency Task Unit, Canine Unit and Marine Unit for an extensive search.
At around 12:20, police found the woman, already passed away.
The accused man is a resident of Lincoln. Police add since this is a case of intimate partner violence, at this time, the name of the accused will not be released to protect the identity of the victim and her family.
Police add they will remain on scene for a period of time, and there is no threat to public safety.
