Jeffrey Hill hadn't been seen since yesterday afternoon

Police say Jeffrey Hill has been found and is safe.

Police are asking for help finding a missing person from Port Colborne.
45 year old Jeffrey Hill was last seen around 1:50 p.m. yesterday in the area of Third Street and King Street in Welland.
Investigators say he could be on a black mountain bike, but it's not know where he was going.
Jeffrey is described as:
- White male
- 5’10" feet tall
- Approximately 160 lbs. - slender build
- Dark, greying hair
- Blue eyes
Last seen wearing:
- Grey winter jacket with a fur hood
- White hoody with grey horizontal stripes
- White mesh baseball hat with grey bill
- Light blue jeans with rips both above and below both knees
- White Converse sneakers
