In November, police tried to arrest the man for making threats.
He ran away from officers onto the Highway 420 on-ramp near Victoria Avenue as police demanded he stop.
The man brandished a metal cane in the officers' direction, and both officers discharged conducted energy weapons at the man.
The suspect was punched by one of the officers when he continued to resist arrest.
He was handcuffed and taken to hospital, where he was diagnosed with a fractured right jaw.
