Six Charged with Impaired Driving

RIDE checks done last week

Six people are facing impaired driving charges after R.I.D.E. checks in Niagara.

The arrests were made between October 16th - 22nd.

The following people are accused of driving while impaired by drugs or alcohol, refusing to provide a breath or blood sample, or driving with a blood alcohol level over the legal limit:

Carmen LANNI, 71yrs, Niagara Falls
Shane M. SAINT, 35yrs, Fort Erie
Pasha-Gaye PALMER, 33yrs, St. Catharines
Allan C. BELL, 45yrs, Welland
Jordan J. APPS, 46yrs, Fort Erie
Grant O. GIBSON, 27yrs, Niagara Falls

Impaired driving kills more Canadians each year than any other crime.
