Donations can be dropped off tomorrow or Saturday.
A church in St. Catharines is collecting donations to send to the people of Ukraine.
St. John's Ukrainian Catholic Church on Lakeshore Road is thanking residents for the donations made so far.
Most needed items include the following:
- Medical supplies (scissors, tape, gauze etc.)
- First aid
- Hydrogen peroxide 3%
- Polysporin with antibiotic
- Thermal underwear
- Hygiene products (women's products, diapers, wipes etc)
- Baby formula
- Blankets
- Bedding
- Tents, mattresses, sleeping bags
- Candles
- Containers for liquids (capacity of 10-20 liters)
- Batteries (non lithium)
- Flashlights
- Packing tape
- Packing boxes
- Constructions gloves
Financial donations are also being accepted here.
Items can be dropped off tomorrow or Saturday from 9 AM to 5 PM.
