St. Catharines Resident Charged in Child Sexual Abuse Case

Suspect accused of sexually assaulting a child at a pizzeria.

Police have made an arrest in connection to a child abuse case.

The suspect is accused of sexually assaulting a child at a pizzeria near Vine Street and Old Pine Trail in St. Catharines earlier this month.

Reun Buth, 48, was arrested earlier today for the following offences:

Detectives believe this was an isolated incident between the victim and the suspect.

A bail hearing will take place tomorrow.
