Technician accused of touching a Niagara Falls woman in a sexual manner without permission during service call.
A Stoney Creek man is facing sexual assault charges in connection to an incident in Niagara Falls.
Police say on February 18th, a phone and internet repair technician touched a 62 year old woman inappropriately without her consent while on a service call at her home.
Earlier today, police arrested 22 year old Mohit Kals of Stoney Creek.
