Non-residents wishing to park at the Sunset Beach boat launch will soon be able to buy one of 20 parking passes..
St. Catharines city council approved the motion to provide 20 passes to non-residents for 15 spots large enough to accommodate a vehicle and trailer at the launch.
The passes are $100 each and will be sold on a first-come, first-served basis to applicants.
Applications will open at 11:00 a.m. this Monday, and can be bought here.
The first 20 applicants will receive passes, and applicants who apply later will be put on a waitlist in case earlier applicant deny their pass or don't properly complete the applications.
The City will contact successful applicants to arrange payment.
