The NRP has released photos of a suspect in relation to the Halloween night shooting in Niagara Falls.
Officers are searching for a black man in his twenties with a slim build, a goatee and both of his ears pierced.
He was wearing a black jacket, a black hoodie, dark jeans, light beige Timberland boots and a navy and red Atlanta Braves baseball hat the night of the incident.
Police say at least 10 shots were fired in the Centre Street and Ellen Ave area and three people sustained non-life threatening injuries as a result.
Two of them were bystanders and the third person was involved in a fight with the suspect.
