Woman hospitalized with serious injuries
A 13 year old from Fort Erie is facing charges after a collision and two vehicle thefts.
On Friday afternoon, a woman suffered serious injuries after a two vehicle crash near Elm Street and Ridge Road North.
The woman was driving a black Jeep Liberty, and collided with a 2000 Chrysler Cirrus.
Police say the driver of the Chrysler ran from the car, and wasn't found.
The vehicle was found parked nearby.
According to investigators, the car had been stolen from a family member of the suspect earlier that day.
On Monday, a motorcycle was stolen from the teen's family home in Fort Erie, and was later found abandoned near Burbank Trail and Lindberg Drive.
The suspect was arrested on Tuesday, and he remains in custody.
