Thorold Man Facing Child Luring Charges

Man accused of luring an underage girl in the United States.

One man has been arrested in connection with a child luring investigation.

Niagara Regional Police say the investigation started in May, after detectives in Edison, New Jersey, believed a Niagara resident was actively luring an underage female.

Earlier this morning, a search warrant was conducted at a home in Thorold.

25 year old Logan Charles Carter of Thorold is accused of making child pornography, making child pornography available, exposing genitals to a person under 16 years old, and luring a child via telecommunication.
