Gary Keay of Welland wins top prize with INSTANT BLOCK-O.

A man from Welland is $100,000 richer!

Gary Keay has won the top prize with INSTANT BLOCK-O.

The father and grandfather says he hasn't decided how he'll spend the money just yet.

"I’ll ride out the excitement and figure out next steps when cooler heads prevail."

The OLG says INSTANT BLOCK-O is available for $5, and the odds of winning any prize are 1 in 3.77.

The winning ticket was bought at the CNIB Kiosk in Walmart on Primeway Drive in Welland.
