A Welland woman is $250,000 richer!
Forty-one year old Jennifer Lafleur of Welland took home $250,000 after winning the top prize with Instant Merry and Bright.
Lafleur, who works in the health industry, says she plans to invest, go on vacation, put some of the money towards her mortgage and set some aside for her kids education.
The big winner says she got the ticket through a "Secret Santa" gift exchange.
The winning ticket was purchased at Avondale on Lundy’s Lane in Niagara Falls.
