Woman's Body Found in Niagara Falls

Police not confirming yet if this is tied to a missing person case

The body of a woman has been found in the area of Thundering Waters Blvd and Marineland Pkwy, in Niagara Falls.

Niagara Regional police say the discovery was made Friday, with identification of the individual expected following an autopsy.

Police add their search for 43-year old Tenille Olivia Lepp, reported missing last week, continues, but due to circumstances surrounding the case, the homicide unit has taken over.

Police advise they are expected to remain in the area where the body was found for some time.
