Cocaine and Fentanyl Found in Drug Busts

Two separate drug busts in Niagara have found cocaine and fentanyl, and several Niagara residents are charged.

Both investigations started this month, one leading to the arrest of three people on North Service Road in Vineland on Tuesday.

Police then searched a vehicle and house on Haynes Court in Niagara on the Lake, where they found:

• 2919.9 grams of suspected fentanyl (street value $291,990)
• 511.7 grams of suspected cocaine (street value $51,170)
• Loaded Glock 9mm Handgun with 9 rounds
• $4110 in Canadian Currency

Police have charged: 

32-year old Levele Willis of Niagara Falls with:

• Possession of Proceeds of Property Obtained by Crime Under $5000
• Possession of a Firearm Without Holding a Licence
• Possession of a Weapon
• Possess Loaded Regulated Firearm
• Unauthorized Possession of a Prohibited Device or Ammunition
• Careless Storage of a Firearm
• Possession of a Prohibited or Restricted Weapon Knowingly Not Holding a Licence
• Possession of a Firearm Contrary to Prohibition Order
• Traffic in Schedule I Substance (Fentanyl)
• Traffic in Schedule I Substance (Cocaine)
• Possession of a Schedule I Substance for the Purpose of Trafficking (Fentanyl)
• Possession of a Schedule I Substance for the Purpose of Trafficking (Cocaine)

32-year old Tyler West of no fixed address is also charged with:

• Possession of Proceeds of Property Obtained by Crime Under $5000
• Possession of a Firearm Without Holding a Licence
• Possession of a Weapon
• Possess Loaded Regulated Firearm
• Unauthorized Possession of a Prohibited Device or Ammunition
• Careless Storage of a Firearm
• Possession of a Prohibited or Restricted Weapon Knowingly Not Holding a Licence
• Possession of a Firearm Contrary to Prohibition Order
• Traffic in Schedule I Substance (Fentanyl)
• Traffic in Schedule I Substance (Cocaine)
• Possession of a Schedule I Substance for the Purpose of Trafficking (Fentanyl)
• Possession of a Schedule I Substance for the Purpose of Trafficking (Cocaine)

And, 34-year old Ricardo King Kalloo of Welland faces the following: 

• Possession of Proceeds of Property Obtained by Crime Under $5000
• Possession of a Firearm Without Holding a Licence
• Possession of a Weapon
• Possess Loaded Regulated Firearm
• Unauthorized Possession of a Prohibited Device or Ammunition
• Careless Storage of a Firearm
• Possession of a Prohibited or Restricted Weapon Knowingly Not Holding a Licence
• Possession of a Firearm Contrary to Prohibition Order
• Possession of a Schedule I Substance for the Purpose of Trafficking (Fentanyl)
• Possession of a Schedule I Substance for the Purpose of Trafficking (Cocaine)

The 3 suspects had bail hearings yesterday.

The other investigation lead to the arrest of a man and woman at a business on Crowland Avenue in Welland, and a search of a house on Grayson Avenue in Fort Erie found:

• 201.4 grams of suspected Fentanyl (street value $20,140)
• 995.4 grams of suspected cocaine (street value $99,540)
• $11,100 in Canadian Currency
• $350 in United States Currency
• Extendable Baton
• Replica Handgun

Police have charged:

43-year old Ernest Stillwell of Port Colborne with:

• Possession of a Controlled Substance for the Purpose of Trafficking (Cocaine)
• Possession of a Controlled Substance for the Purpose of Trafficking (Fentanyl)
• Possession of Proceeds Obtained by Crime Over $5000
• Unauthorized Possession of a Prohibited or Restricted Weapon
• Possession of a Weapon Contrary to Prohibition Order
• Fail to Comply with Probation Order

And, 36-year old Olivia Morgante of Fort Erie:

• Possession of a Controlled Substance for the Purpose of Trafficking (Cocaine)
• Possession of a Controlled Substance for the Purpose of Trafficking (Fentanyl)
• Possession of Proceeds Obtained by Crime Over $5000
• Unauthorized Possession of a Prohibited or Restricted Weapon

She was released with a future court date, he had a bail hearing today.
