Brochure offers tips to victims and witnesses of racism
The Niagara Region Anti Racism Association has some tips on how you can battle racism.
The group has published a brochure containing advice for bystanders and victims.
If you're a victim you're advised to think before acting, and call the police if you don't feel safe.
Bystanders can help by speaking up, and asking the victim what they need.
The brochure is available here.
