Police began investigating in 2022, making the arrest today
Police making another arrest in connection with child porn in Niagara.
The NRP began investigating a case of child sexual exploitation in September of 2022, and that to a house in Thorold.
Police used a search warrant on Wednesday, and found evidence on a number of electronic devices.
This morning, police arrested 60-year old Rheal Marcel Foisy, charging him with:
- Possession of Child Pornography Sec 163.1(4) (2 Counts)
- Accessing Child Pornography Sec 163.1(4.1)
- Making Child Pornography Available Sec 163.1(3
He remained in custody pending a bail hearing today.
