Thorold Man Charged in Child Porn Case

Police began investigating in 2022, making the arrest today

Police making another arrest in connection with child porn in Niagara.

The NRP began investigating a case of child sexual exploitation in September of 2022, and that to a house in Thorold.

Police used a search warrant on Wednesday, and found evidence on a number of electronic devices.

This morning, police arrested 60-year old Rheal Marcel Foisy, charging him with:

Possession of Child Pornography Sec 163.1(4) (2 Counts)
Accessing Child Pornography Sec 163.1(4.1)
Making Child Pornography Available Sec 163.1(3

He remained in custody pending a bail hearing today.
